Please remember that Berkshire Choral International is a not-for-profit organization. While donations are important, tuition and fees cover the bulk of our costs, most of which we incur in advance. Therefore, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly enforced. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including medical issues.

Application fee
An application fee is due at the time you apply as indicated for each program. It cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and it is not transferable to another individual.
Tuition, room and board
There can be no refunds for tuition, room upgrade surcharges, or guest room fees after the payment due date. For 2024 programs, the payment due date is March 1, 2024. Any refund requests made before the deadline will be issued by check, regardless of the original form of payment.
Room upgrade surcharges
Those accepted are sent information about housing choices and applicable surcharges. These fees are usually included on tuiton invoices; if not, a separate invoice is sent.
Consider trip insurance
We recommend trip insurance, as BCI fees are not refundable after our payment due dates. You are free to purchase travel insurance from any provider you wish. We have partnered with Yonder Travel Insurance to quote, sort, filter, and compare travel insurance policies from all of the major US providers.
