Cancellation Policy

Please remember that Berkshire Choral International is a not-for-profit organization. While donations are important, tuition and fees cover the bulk of our costs, most of which we incur in advance. Therefore, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly enforced. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including medical issues.

Appplication fee

A $200 fee is due upon application. It cannot be refunded under any circumstances, and it is not transferable to another individual.

Tuition, room and board

There can be no refunds for tuition, room upgrade surcharges, or guest room fees after the payment due dates.

Tuition Due Dates: Baltimore, MD February 10, 2018; Saratoga Springs, NY, March 1, 2018; Fullerton, CA March 10, 2018; Newcastle/Durham, England, March 20, 2018.

Room upgrade surcharges

Those accepted are sent information about housing choices and applicable surcharges. These fees are usually included on tuiton invoices; if not, a separate invoice is sent.

Consider trip insurance
