Cancellation Policy

2019 Cancellation Policy
 

Berkshire Choral International Inc. (“BCI”) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization. Donations cover only a small portion of the cost of providing knowledge and appreciation of the experience of choral singing to our choristers. BCI incurs advance costs and there can be no exceptions made to the cancellation policy for any reason, including medical.

Application Fee: A $200 non-refundable fee is due upon application. An accepted application is not transferable to another individual.

Tuition Due Dates: Boston, March 1, 2019; Richmond, March 10, 2019; Prague, March 20, 2019. If room surcharges apply, they are charged at the same time as tuition payment.

Cancellations: Please notify the Berkshire Choral business office in Sheffield. Any cancellations will result in loss of the application fee. There will be no refunds for tuition, room upgrade surcharges and guest room fees after the payment due dates.

Privacy Policy: Berkshire Choral International Inc. collects application and customer information through its online application portal and paper applications for use by Berkshire Choral only, for the purposes of periodic communication with past and future attendees.

We do not provide or share our customer data with any outside person or entity for any reason except for the purposes of completing credit card or other financial transactions on behalf of a customer.

BCI Disclaimer: Berkshire Choral reserves the right to require the withdrawal of a chorister whose singing or behavior is deemed detrimental to the chorus or any of its members. In such instances, at the discretion of Berkshire Choral, the chorister may remain as a non-singing participant.
